Martin Sprocket & Gear was formed five decades ago. From a humble beginning in 1951, an exciting program of manufacturing expansion has led us into the machining, fabrication, forging, casting, powdered metal technology and plastic injection molding of countless power transmission and conveying products. Martin has grown to include manufacturing and sales facilities strategically located worldwide.

The North Carolina location, being one of the facilities located worldwide, is centrally located in the Charlotte area. Our location, spreads about 50,000 square foot, and consists of approximately 75% stock parts ready for you to buy. The rest of our location is comprised of a sales office and a small same-day next-day rebore and machine shop. With over 100 years of industry knowledge and experience you will find that your Martin Sprocket & Gear sales force in Charlotte have both the technical and market expertise you require. Serving the Greater Carolinas and Virginia marketplace we utilize our Georgia facility to accommodate your more personal needs. Our Georgia facility at 160,000 square feet has full manufacturing capabilities of our Power Transmission and Material Handling line. We utilize our Georgia facility to save you manufacturing time as well as transit time.
