Proposition 65
Compliance with Prop 65 Warning requirements (Revised substance list dated 3-19-2021)
To whom it may concern,
Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is aware of the State of California Proposition 65 regulation. The regulation requires warning labels to be included on certain products sold to consumers in the state of California.
Although this warning is only required for, products sold to California consumers, as a preventative measure, regulated products manufacture by Martin will contain a warning label. At this time, the products manufactured and distributed by Martin do not contain any of the substances included in the regulations.
